What kind of products does AL Atelier sell?

AL Atelier specializes in luxury menswear , both new and pre-owned .
All garments are carefully selected for quality, authenticity and style .
The collection consists of trousers, jackets, sweaters, polo shirts, shirts and accessories from high-quality European brands.

Are your second-hand products clean and checked?

Yes. Each garment is hand-inspected, professionally cleaned, and steamed before being sold.
The condition is always clearly stated: new with price tag , new without price tag , or second-hand in good or used condition.
This way you know exactly what you are buying, without any surprises.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped within 24 hours .
Within the Netherlands, your package will usually be delivered within 1 to 2 working days via PostNL .
For orders within Europe, the average delivery time is 2 to 5 working days , depending on the destination country.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95 .
Orders over €250 are shipped free of charge.
For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Each order is provided with a track & trace code , so you can follow the package.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can register a return within 14 days of receipt .
Returns must be registered in advance via info@alatelier.nl with the order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when delivered.
Second-hand items will only be accepted if they show no signs of wear, odors, or damage .
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Why are your prices lower than official stores?

AL Atelier combines affordable luxury with sustainability.
By purchasing directly from trusted suppliers and offering both new and pre-owned items, we offer authentic designer pieces at competitive prices — without compromising on quality or experience.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is unexpectedly no longer available, you will receive immediate notification.
The purchase amount will be fully refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes, AL Atelier delivers throughout Europe .
Shipping costs and delivery time are automatically calculated during checkout.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@alatelier.nl and include photos of the product and packaging.
We always provide a suitable solution, such as replacement (if available) or refund.

How do I know your products are authentic?

AL Atelier works exclusively with certified suppliers and manually checks each item for authenticity, label details and finish .
We sell only original products – never replicas or counterfeits.

Can I pick up my order?

At this moment it is not possible to collect orders .
All products are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in Zwolle.

How do I stay informed about new collections and offers?
