Shipping & Delivery – A.L Atelier

At A.L Atelier, we do everything possible to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.
All products are manually inspected for quality and authenticity before being packed and shipped.

Shipping Within the Netherlands

Orders placed and paid on business days before 4:00 PM are shipped within 24 hours.

We ship via PostNL, including track & trace. Once your package has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95.

For orders of €250 or more, shipping is free.

Shipping Within the European Union

A.L Atelier delivers to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping costs outside the Netherlands vary per country and are automatically calculated at checkout.

The average delivery time within the EU is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the country of destination.

Delays & Damage

Please note that delays caused by PostNL or international carriers are beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, we recommend first checking the track & trace link.

In case of loss or transport damage, we will contact the carrier to investigate the situation.

Second-Hand Items

All second-hand products are carefully inspected and photographed before shipment.
This allows us to always verify the condition of the item at the time of dispatch.
