Returns & Exchanges – A.L Atelier

At A.L Atelier, quality, trust, and service come first.
If your order does not fully meet your expectations, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Please read below how the return process works.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days after receiving your order.
Please register your return first by emailing info@alatelier.nl, stating your order number.
Returns without prior registration cannot be processed.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
All labels, tags, and seals must still be attached and intact.
Items with odours (perfume, smoke), signs of wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Second-Hand Items

Part of our collection consists of second-hand clothing.
These items are carefully checked in advance and described according to their condition (such as “good condition” or “worn condition”).

Second-hand items can only be returned if the item shows no new signs of wear or damage, labels and seals are still attached, and the item is in exactly the same condition as upon delivery.

To avoid misunderstandings, all items are checked and photographed before shipment.

Returning Your Package

After approval of your return request, you will receive shipping instructions by email.
Send the item in secure packaging (preferably the original box).
Please include your order number and name inside the package.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the return is due to an error or damage caused by A.L Atelier.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product?
As our inventory often consists of unique or limited items, exchanges are not always possible.
Please contact us at info@alatelier.nl to discuss the available options.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:
Items with removed labels or damaged seals.
Items with visible signs of wear, odours, or stains.
Gift cards or digital products.
